Cancellation Policy

If your cancellation is at least 24 hours in advance of the session, you will receive a full refund. If your cancellation is less than 24 hours in advance, you will not receive a refund. This is to ensure our tutors have their schedule fulfilled in advance.

You can take advantage of our tutoring packages to save money, however all tutoring packages are non-refundable or transferable.
